These terms apply when you use Fabella, at fabella.io and editor.fabella.io. Fabella is a product of Spesso Technologies AB. By creating an account or using Fabella, you agree to them. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
Fabella is provided by Spesso Technologies AB (org. nr. 559598-4310), c/o FGS Global AB, Norrlandsgatan 16, plan 2, 111 43 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: contact@fabella.io.
Give us correct details, keep your login to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.
Plans, prices and what each includes are on the pricing page. Credits are units of AI work: bigger builds use more, small edits use fewer.
Unlimited learner invites are included until 31 December 2026. We’ll tell you in good time what applies after that.
If you’re a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you buy, you ask us to start right away. If you withdraw, you pay for what you used before you withdrew, and the right ends once a purchase has been fully used, such as credits that have been spent. To withdraw, email contact@fabella.io.
You own everything you create in Fabella and everything you upload. You give us the right to store, process and show it, only so we can provide Fabella to you and to the people you share it with, and, for projects published as open educational resources, under the open licence we name. We don’t use the content you create to train public AI models.
You’re responsible for having the rights to the material you upload, and for following the law when it includes personal data. Don’t put sensitive personal data, such as health data or real patient cases, into Fabella, unless we’ve agreed on it in writing.
Fabella uses AI to draft courses with you. AI can get things wrong. Check the content before you publish it, especially facts, figures and anything legal or medical. You’re responsible for what you publish.
Every project created in 2026 is private, on every plan, and stays private. Later, new projects on the Free plan will be published as open educational resources that others can find and learn from, under an open licence. We’ll tell you in advance, and name the licence, before that applies. It never applies to projects created in 2026, and paid plans always publish privately.
Don’t use Fabella to make or share anything illegal, harmful, hateful or misleading, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. Don’t try to disrupt Fabella, get around its security or limits, copy it at scale, or resell it without our written agreement.
You may invite learners to your courses. When you use Fabella for an organisation and we process learners’ or other people’s personal data on your behalf, our data processing agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
You may browse fabella.io, share links to it, and quote short parts with a link back to us. The text, design, images and the Fabella name and logo belong to Spesso Technologies AB or our licensors. Information on the site, including prices, may change and isn’t an offer.
We keep improving Fabella, so features may change. We work to keep it available, but can’t promise it will always be, for example during maintenance.
Fabella is provided as it is. We’re not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you use the Free plan. These limits don’t apply to gross negligence or intent, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
You can close your account at any time. Export anything you want to keep first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. After closing, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we’ll tell you by email or in Fabella at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel before it applies. If you keep using Fabella after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another option. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).
