Just type. Messy notes welcome!

Three shifts, one new protocol and a full rota of your own.

Protocol changes usually reach the unit as a PDF on the intranet and a run-through at the staff meeting. The night shift misses the meeting, few open the PDF, and the questions land on you at 03:00.

Your protocol at the bedside

Paste the protocol or talk Fabella through it. Fabella builds branching scenarios around the calls people make at the bedside, and every choice leads to its consequence.

You sign off on the clinical detail

Every course lands in a visual editor where you can rewrite any line, branch or question. Nothing reaches your colleagues until you publish it.

See who has done it

Fabella shows who completed the course and how each person did, so you know who still needs to take it before the start date.

How Vibe Authoring works

From your head to everyone’s, before lunch.

01

Tell Fabella what you know

Who needs the protocol, by when, and where it usually goes wrong at the bedside.

02

Fabella builds the training

Branching scenarios at the bedside and a quick check, built around your protocol.

03

Send it. Done.

Invite every shift, or drop it into your LMS. Then see who has completed it before the start date.

Questions we hear

Can we use real patient cases?

No. Keep patient data out of Fabella, both in the chat and in the course. Build it on the protocol, your guidelines and made-up cases that show the decisions.

Is the course private?

Yes. Every project created in 2026 is private, on every plan, and stays private. Later, new projects on the Free plan will be published as open educational resources that others can find and learn from. Paid plans always publish privately. For internal material created after that, use a paid plan.

Can we build it in our own language?

Yes. Fabella works in many languages, so the course can use the words your unit uses every day.
