Fabella began with a very modest goal: to make eLearning that doesn’t suck.

Ambitious, yes, considering how much of the industry still does. Professional training has somehow become a $200 billion exercise in endurance, usually hidden behind walls of text and ‘click next to continue’ buttons. It’s predictable, it’s joyless, and it certainly isn’t built for the way people learn today.

So this November, we decided to fix that.

The Fabella November Launch  introduces a smoother and smarter way to create and experience learning.

Effortless Onboarding

If it takes longer to start creating the training than to complete the course, something has gone terribly wrong.

With Fabella, getting started is immediate. The new Project Link lets your team join a project simply by… clicking a link. That’s it. No downloads. No installation. No “Please contact your administrator.” Just instant access.

Once inside, storytelling becomes far more elegant. The Image Flow Node brings those gentle, cinematic transitions that make even compliance training look like it took place on purpose. Images line up with narration, glide instead of jump, and generally behave with good manners.

For organizations living inside LMS ecosystems, we now support SCORM integration, so Fabella courses can sit neatly inside your existing systems and track data without protest. And if your learners need to step outside the course - perhaps to consult a reference or check a policy - you can now send them out and pull them back with a simple External Link.

AI-Powered Creation (The Sensible Kind)

AI conversations have become predictably dramatic. Depending on who you ask, AI will write your next course, perform your next job, or make your next meal. Spoiler: it won’t.

Fabella built Noodle with a far less theatrical purpose: to help with the parts of course creation that actually need help - the blank page, the messy draft, and the “I know what I want to say but can’t seem to say it” moment.

Give Noodle a topic, notes, or a half-formed outline, and it turns them into a structured, editable course. It doesn’t attempt to replace your judgment or your voice. It simply organizes your ideas so you can focus on the creative decisions rather than the logistical ones.

Consider it the teaching assistant who handles the groundwork while you sip your coffee, look mildly contemplative, and appear impressively productive.

Training tools should have intelligence that supports yours - not competes with it.

Playful Learning Experiences

Once you’ve built a course, it needs to feel good. Fabella now includes smoother, more expressive AI and synthetic voices, so narration sounds human.

We’ve also introduced new interactive format templates that keep learners curious rather than counting clicks:

Maze for branching journeys

Roleplay for conversational practice

Podcast for audio-led storytelling

Lightning Round for short, energetic interactions

Because people remember what they enjoy.

Data-Driven Insights

Eventually, every team reaches the same question: Did it work?

The new Analytics Node tracks whatever you consider important - interactions, choices, completions, and the occasional learner who moves through a module at the speed of light. You choose what matters, and Fabella shows you what happened.

We’ve also added automatic start and end tracking, so you can see how many people began, finished, and how long they took, all without forcing anyone to create an account.

It’s data that’s clear, actionable, and - most importantly - useful.

For once, course insights don’t disappear into spreadsheets. They’re alive, accessible, and ready to inform better decisions.

And This is Just the Beginning

This launch isn’t just about features; it’s about momentum. Fabella has grown faster this year than ever before, thanks to authors and teams who decided that eLearning should not be a soul-depleting exercise.

And we’re far from done.

Coming early next year:

  • Smarter, real-time collaborative authoring

  • Expanded design capabilities

  • More ways to make learning feel like storytelling, not documentation

Training shouldn’t be something people endure. It should be something they remember.

Every company will need to train, onboard, and upskill at the speed of change. Fabella is how they’ll do it: playfully, measurably, and without compromise.

This is Fabella.
eLearning that doesn’t suck.
